Bad Services from Miway and poor customer service

Good day, I have written my review today in the afternoon about miway, I received their call saying we need to explain what caused the water pump to leak and failure of coils. I am not technical person I requested them to call the technician and ask as he told me he found it leaking as the cause is unknown now and the coils last year I had number 1 misfiring and the claim was processed I don't know what causes the coils to fail, I don't know why I am being given such a turf time.

Please my big brother Hello Peter assist my claim to be resolved.
