Bad services

I had a policy wth them for more than 8 years. I was involved in an accident on the 26 of April 2023 they took my car for repair its been 6 months now without a car,I called their team manager Justin Burts to assist ,he tried to push the panel bitter I got my car on thegot my car on the 22th of Step 2023 ,and the batrey was dead ,took it to battery cantre they check it they said its dead because the car stay so long and they where not charging it,I bought a new battery .the the was this horrible noise coming from the engen.and the I took the car back to the panel bitter they said they will take it to Renault, then they called me on the 4th of October that its gonna cost them 50k more and they already spend 100k on it its a write off ,the requested settlement off which I did forward it to them ,them they call later again that they are no longer writing off the car ,Since then I dont get anyfeed back from miway...this insurance its very useless, I'm not going to recommend it to anyone ,its been 6 mnts now even the manager he keep on telling me that he will ask claim service to contact me till today.
