Miway is quick to phone and give a quote but if it comes to cancellation of a policy it seems as if they don't even exist. The relevant department is always experience high call volumes (maybe because everyone else became aware of how unprofessional and just down right **** they are or maybe this is a delay tactic to get the next premium money, I really don't know) and when you request a call back, you will die waiting because they don't phone back.
