BAD SERVICE.....GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR 😒
I made use of the Mi Assist option of a plumber and was left extremely disappointed with Miway and the service provider. Call for assistance was logged at 09:52 and a plumber only came out to see me at 14:12 The service is categorised under the "emergency" options on my schedule. Taking more than 4 hours to respond is shockingly bad. To make things worse Miway does not bother to keep you informed throughout the ordeal. I left Outsurance because Miway was cheaper....guess you get what you pay for.
