Bad service, staff not trained

I very bad service, staff not trained, the whole admin is a disaster. I had an accident and my car was only towed 3 days after the accident. That's after spending a lot of money on airtime. The car has now been towed and MiWay has no idea of where it is and who towed my car. It's been over a week, no feedback, so I guess my car just vanishes and the insurance company responsible for it is useless. <br> <br> MiWay is clearly their way and not mine. No one should choose this insurance, they are *********** of delivering good service. <br>
