Bad service providers

I was referred to a panel beater that’s not competent. They did not complete all the work that was on the authorization document. The work was paid for but was not performed. I informed them about this and they took in my mirror cover for a paint job, today is Friday it’s been with them since Monday.

They also claim they did not have the vehicle colour code, this cannot be true because they have all the vehicle details. The VIN number allows you to search for the vehicles colour code.

I feel like I’ve received the worst service and I’m being treated like I asked for a favour.
