Bad service nxa!!!!

Good day I had an accident last week Friday, even now 4 days later i am still awaiting feedback about my vehicle. What ****es me off is that i am the one who always calls and makes follow up with them!!!!! Spoken to an agent on monday who promised to get pass the message to a claims agent but nothing happened. Called back on a Tuesday and spoke to someone else who told me that they will give me feedback in 3 working days and today is the fourth day and still i'm the one waiting for feedback. What i have realized is that my premium will increase after the claim. Miway poor service, nxa!!!!!!!
