Bad service, not refunding at all. Do NOT waist your time with them

I am very unhappy with MiWay. First of all been with them for a while when bought a new vehicle they had problems covering me for theft where I did everything they have ask of me. Every time I phone so sort it out they put me on hold for 40 + min. After that decided to cancel my membership, after canceling my membership they decided to deduct R1700 from my account where I phone again, some proses was put on hold for 30+ min. On the call they said the money would be refunded. It is a month later and I am still waiting...
