Bad service, no communication

Unfortunately I have to retract my previous good review. I am in the process of looking for new insurance. Sent: Thursday, 11 May 2023 14:36 To: Subject: C*** Claim registration notification It is now almost a month later- and If I did not contact my assessor- I never had any feedback. Everything she talked over the phone- I requested confirmation in writing which never happened. According to her she had family issues , but then the claim was not referred to somebody else??? Still no feedback until I called 07/06/2023.

I am extremely dissapointed . I am in searh of a new Insurer.
