Bad service - Miway not keep there word

Miway contacted my mother to see if they can beat her current insurance premium. She spoke to them for an hour of the phone. In the end they could not beat her current premium. So that transferred her to the account department to get my mother's detail. The asked my mother to email her current insurance detail to confirm that what she is saying is true about her premium. But the sms with the information never was send. So now that Miway must pay out the money they are RUNNING .. They are quick to phone to tell you they will beat your premium but when they can't they don't contact my mother so that she can pay out cash back
