Bad service Miway Insurace

<p>Really thought that Miway was a good insurace copany until they broke in to my home on the 16 Desember 2016 . Me and my famalie went on holiday 16 Desember we left on early houers of the morning but on the 17 Desember my sister in law came by ouer house to feed the dog and saw that they broke into ouer house she then phone the police and the block watch and they gave her a case num , I phone miway to find out what can we do and how it works to put in a claim the poeple i spoke to said that when i get back from holiday they wil help me to put in my claim so on the 23 desember i arived at home with big emtyness in heart . I phoned miway again and they said that i must put my claim threw miway app and someone wil phone me and help me so i put in my claim and had to wait coz of all die holiday during Des and Jan on the 4 of Jan 2017 phoned Miway again and no one could help me and all that they said was that someone would phone me so I WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED AND NO ONE STILL HASENT PHONE ME..... So I phone the 9 Jan 2017 and a lady help me regarding my claim and said that someone will phone me, once again I am waiting , after waiting a week i got a phone call from a man Carel Mieny claim assesor he came to my house to do the claim he asked me what happend and took photos and i still had some of the stuff boxes and booklets and i showed him, at firt i thought he was a reasonable person, I then receaved a email to say that he needs more evidance of the stuff thei took so i send him some videos and pictures and the police report the case num most of the stuff i send to him but sum of the doc i send was still no good So i I got a mail to say that if i dont get statements of my TV blueray dvd player my sons Xbox and bikes by monday 23 Jan they are going to cancel the claim. My Tv and Blueray i send videos and shoew hom the evedance of it and n bought it 5 years ago and change my bank acc so how the hell must i get this statement I now i can go back to the bank but now i must take off by my job loose some of my salary cox i get houerly paid and I cant offord this coz iam in the prosess of buying a house and well the other stuff i did sent statements but it was sil no good. This really ****es me off WHY AM I PAYING MIWAY A HUGE AMOUT OM MONNEY FOR THIS ****TY SERVICE . I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER FUTHER AND TO THIS CAREL MIENY YOU SHOULD REALLY LEARN HOW TO TREAT POEPLE IN GOOD WAY!!!</p></p>
