Bad service Mi-Way

I have been a Mi Way client for about 3 years now, and sometimes there service is good, unfortunately I have been trying to contact them for the past month to review my policy pricing as I have got a competitive quote with no success. I have manage to get hold of the claims department and have asked at least 3 consultants to ask the customer services depart to get a hold of me and that was also not successful. Really disappointed, now I really feel like moving to another insurance company .
