Bad Service... In fact NO SERVICE!!
The worse experience we've ever had with an insurance company!!! Had an accident 6 weeks ago and NO ONE has EVER contacted us... Oh sorry they did contact us twice to find out what happened with regards to the accident. The claim is still unsettled and in the meantime we are without transport!!

13 Apr 2021, 09:44On top of the bad service levels of Miway Insurance, their excess is astronomical!!! R5000 (Car owner) + R4000 (Driver under age of 25) + R3000 ( because it's a single vehicle accident)
