Bad service from Tshepo

I received a bad service experience ever from the 15th October 2019 to date has been horrid in terms of bad customer service provided to us by Mr Tshepo Kamako from MiWay consultant agent just for cancelling our claim without informing us however because life is full of disappointments, but sometimes these disappointments are so great that they warrant further scrutiny and the issue was resolved after logging complaint rather than act like a spoiled child, ranting and raving, I wrote a beautifully constructed letter of complaint to resolve. 3 times Tshepo messing up with one client claims viz. Tyre assessment claims, vehicle claims and courtesy car approval. He even confessed on one occasion that he was not authorised to deal with that claim. Maybe it was because of silly season therefore he did not see the need and reason to give good service to my wife when finds herself in that situation. For whatever the reason, I learnt a valuable lesson not to trust and be assisted by Tshepo Kamako again even if he is the last person to help us, his service sucks I am sorry to say but that's what the service he provided to us.
