Bad service from Thuli

Was busy with a quote with an Thuli. I requested info from them via email on the 16th before I can sign on the dotted line. I received an automated email back that they'd get back to me in no time. Today I had to recall her myself & only then did I get answers. I was really in a rush & couldn't carry on the call. So I asked for the final documents to be sent to me so that I can send through banking deets etc. Needless to say I'm still waiting. And odd thing is that she said that she still hadn't received my mail. No proactiveness at all. But when they want to spam you with phone calls to give you the quote they're uber quick. And pester & blow up your phone even after hours. Not cool.
