Bad service from Tholakele Mtshali at MiWay

Tholakele Mtshali from Miway said they will give me a call to finalise my query on my premium that I had raised on the app. I did not receive a call whatsoever. I had to beg Tholakele to respond to me on the app and reply, terrible service. I'm cancelling my insurance and going to king price

Puleng Leqoalane then contacts me early in the morning at 8:00am when most people are getting ready for work. Does not try to call back after 8 at a more reasonable time. The. Further sends a message to say I've escalated the matter and someone will be in contact with me. No one has called since that 8am call. Pathetic and poor customer service
