bad service from phathutshedzo

these people called me asking to do a quote for me saying they will pay me R400 if thy cant beat my current premium. they convinced me saying the quote would literally take 5 minutes, i spent way more than 30 min on the phone with phathutshedzo. in the end he couldnt beat my premium and i asked for my R400. he said he would send a link where i would upload my policy schedule, instead he sent me a link asking me to rate his service. 2 weeks later i gave him a call, he asked me to foward my schedule and name his manager (EUNICE) on the subject line. he said he would call me back in a couple of minutes, its been 3 days now!!! these people are ***********, it makes me wonder how they treat you at claim stage. even if your premium was half what i am paying now i still wouldnt take it. your service is unbearable
