Bad service from Miway Insurance claim department
What a bad service I received from Miway Claim department. The way my claim was handled proved that they don't have a respect for their client.
Very painful cause I used to recommend Miway to many people but what they to me is not fair at all.
I was advised that my claim was closed due to non cooperation from the guy that was driving while we have comp**** from the 1st day. I feel like the person that was handling my claim was not even considerate. He tried by all means to make sure that the claim is rejected.
Very poor customer service and I've always made sure that I pay them on time, everytime.
