Bad service from Miway insurance

Disappointed by Miway insurance

Today as I came from work driving from crown mines heading to Tembisa using The N1 North freeway. Few kilometers away next to the Maraisburg off ramp my car started to give me problems that I had to pull over.

I called Miway insurance it was around 14:30 pm they picked up the call and log a case for me and ask me where would I want my car to be taken . I said to Midrand then they sent me a case number and contact person responsible for towing. I waited for him and he didn't show up. I called him he said he was booked for somewhere. I called my way agent to assist me they kept quiet for about 1 hour and didn't come back to tell me what was happening and why no tour truck is coming. I called my sister and gave her my case no. She called them and shouted at them. In Few minutes the guy called me to say another tour truck driver is being sent. I waited another hour. They kept on sending messages about drivers who are coming. I called again angry and frustrated they made me wait until 16:45 the driver who came said he passed and saw my car parked. Nowhe tour the car and the dealership was close now. He had to take the car to their depo. I Florida and I had to make a plan of getting a taxi to Jhb then Tembisa. They told that I must pay tomorrow while this was their fault to take forever to come now the dealership is closed then I must pay. I got at home at about 20:00 today. Tired ,hungry and angry. So I'm not sure about tomorrow. All I can say is that I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by my insurance there was no one to assist or check that I was safe and update me. Nothing. I'm even considering of leaving the insurance.
