Bad service from MiWay car insurance

I regret the day I took this car insurance from MiWay confused staff and bad service. I have never claimed from this insurance since 2014 but they refused to accept my claim of just R10000. I wonder if the car was written off what was going to happen. I had to cancel the insurance immediately. I swear me and my family and friends canceled this policy I had 3 policies from MyWay I am so disappointed. They will ask for things that you already submitted submitted to avoid paying. imagine R10000 how many months have I paid as a premium.I swear I will preach as much as I can to avoid MyWay even my colleagues,
