Bad Service from MiWay and their contractors

Our house has a leak somewhere, MiWay sent out their contractors to find where the leak was. They pumped gas through the pipes and made the leak alot worse. They left it as is- who is going to pay for my high water bill??? We have had to switch off our water because we can now hear the leak, whereas before we couldnt. This seems to be of un-importance to the contractors as well as MiWay. We have been without water for 6 days and I have a new born baby. Disgusting service so far from MiWay
