Bad Service from Miway and Galliga Autobody.

i had an accident in the beginning of September this year my car came back towards month end from Galliga autobody and it was not fixed accordingly, I complained to miway and my car went back to Galliga autobody more than 3 times and still came back with faults. I tried contacting miway but they don't want to asssit me any longer, ever since they promised to send assessors to check the car but even to date no one came to me. the paint is now coming off and I took pictures and send them to miway and no response, please help as I am feeling powerless now,.
