Bad service from miway

My husband was involved in the car accident on Sunday. Today when calling to make a claim it was highly impossible after spending 200 of airtime even the call center lady was reluctant to assist. He tried th app wich os also difficult. Send an email no response from this company. His very fastrated and lost hope after an unfortunate experience his facing. It's very sad because every month money is being deducted from his account. Now he can't be helped?
