Bad service from miway

Good day I had an accident on Sunday 28 October 2018,on the day of the accident I bump the car which overtake me from back and stop in front of my car,then after that the car I bump at back drove away and I didn't not know what was their motive to overtake me and stop in front of my car.then mi way sent claim assessor to panel Beater they told me they taking my car to and it was declared a write off. I gave claim assessor all documents and information he wanted but it's two weeks now and am the one struggling cause the claim is not having time frame.today he is telling that they want to send an expect to go and investigate which he still don't give me time frame when are they going to finish.my claim no is c ********** Please help me Peter
