Bad Service from Gloria, Naledi and Tsepo - MiWay Claims

Not even deserving of a star. I was involved a car accident recently and I was assigned an advisor by the name of Gloria Machethe, who last called me to confirm that my claim had been approved. Following that, I requested numerous callbacks and I sent numerous emails but did not receive a response. I then contacted MiWay claims department again and spoke to Naledi, who said he would provide feedback by close of business that day, but he failed to do so. Today I called and spoke to Tsepo who got annoyed with me because I needed to speak to someone senior to them as I didn't get any joy from them assisting me. This incompetence has added to the existing frustration and inconvenience of not having a vehicle. I have never been this frustrated when dealing with MiWay as I have always received great service but Gloria, Tsepo and Naledi are giving MiWay a bad name. Worst service ever.
