Bad service from Claim and assessing department Continues

I am so disappointment in Miway, I have received the worst service ever! I have submitted a claim for flood damage as per my previous complaint on this website. So then MiWay refers me to Dals in Goodwood. I leave my car there for an entire month, only to find out that nothing has been done. Now any panelbeaters worth their salt would know that in order to repair flood damage the c****ats will need to be removed in order to either dry or replace the carpets and the carpet underlays/ underfelt in the car. Then the car must be sent for a diagnostics test and any damage detected must be repaired. But not Dals!! all they did was send my car for a valet service ( to do what ?) Needles to say my car is still soaking wet and it is now smelling. ( wasn't even cleaned properly, there is still mud in the car ) I don't understand how Miway can keep a company like this on their database and continue to send their customers there?? Kwena ( Miway consultant) in all his glory that messed up this claim from the get go, promised to send the assessing department an e-mail and cc me. I am still waiting. Once again a good insurance company if you don't claim
