Bad Service from Car track and miway insurance

All 3 of my cars and household insurance is/should be insured by this insurance company, only to find out its not exept my household, NO HOW THE HELL DO YOU SEND THROUGH CONFORMATION LETTERS TO THE F&I At the DEALERSHIP IF IT'S NOT INSURED, SECOND OF ALL THE LATEST CAR WENT FOR INSPECTION AT GLASS FIT AND CARTRACK AND WE SEND ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE SEND THROUGH TO *** AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RECEIVED, NOW IF MY BAKKIE GET HIJACKED, ****** ETC IT'S NOT COVERES, THE AGENT OF CARTRACK ALSO SAID THEY WILL SEND IT TO MIWAY WHO DONT HAVE A COOKING CLUE WHATS GOING ON, SO I WILL HOLD YOU AND THE INSURANCE LIABLE FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE!
