BAD SERVICE FORM MIWAY AND PROLINE RENEW IT WYNBERG

I have been a loyal MiWay client since 22 May 2020 to date, have never failed paying a premium and I'm not a multi claimant client.

on the 2nd of May I was involved in a car accident spoke to an agent and I was assisted with the process of car rental service from Avis which I paid excess fee of 2500 from 3rd may I had the(rental) car that must be returned of the 3rd of June. great

while my car was towed to proline renew it in Wynberg on the same day of the accident, they have been quiet the entire time after I was told repairs of my car will take 10 to 15 days , to my surprise on the 28th(this tuesday) may I get called by Lerato from proline that they are waiting for VW parts to repair the car and that will take 15 more days ,

my question is why the hell was my car kept at Wynberg the whole month if nothing has been done to it? how am I expected to move around if I'm getting threating SMS that i must return the rental car asap while my own car is kept in some panel beater yard for no specific reason?

I will NEVER return the rental car until you(MiWay) decide to follow up with your friends (proline renew it) that you gave my car to, and they left it unattended for 27th days. way after my claim was approved.

This a vw polo what could be difficult with getting a bumper and a side lamp in this country?

AFTER all of this mess is sorted i will see myself out, MiWay is playing with me, and proline people are making me a fool because i call each time for follow up and they are taking me up and down with no answer ...i won't keep quiet till this is sorted I'm going to every social platform ledlala ka batho
