Bad Service for existing customers
I am so disgusted in Miway! I have been a client for 4 years. I took out a policy on a new car, decided to stay with Miway even though quotes not the cheapest. For 5 days I have been trying to contact Miway to sort out an issue, no luck. Speak to a different agent every time and they don't get back to me. Every call I have to start again. This is not my idea of good service to a loyal customer!!!
