Bad service,false promises, MORE STRESS!

13 Days ago i got into a a vehicle accident and was unconscious until the ambulance took me away.My car was towed by one of these tow truck companies and they didn't take my car to a miway yard,which related to a delay after numerous phone calls and trying to move my car which is in the first place not my responsibility to get the release fees and sent it to my insurance,all ready i was doing their job,which is RIDICULOUS!I got told that i will get my assessment report 3-4 working days,everyday i phoned checking up if my car has been assest yet, because nobody is communicating with me,they promised me that on friday the 4th i will have my assessment report Monday morning the 7th and that my car has been assest.Monday morning about 9:00 AM I GAVE THEM A PHONE CALL AGAIN AFTER I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MIN , THEY SAID MY CAR HAS NOT BEEN ASSEST YET AND THAT I CAN EXPECT A ANSWER BY 4 PM,I lay-ed complaints by the manager of the claims department requesting that if i get car hire they give me an extension,and its Tuesday afternoon now AND STILL NO JOY AND EMPTY PROMISES,I am struggling without transport and my insurance company does not seem to be very reliable,competent or help ful
