Bad service experience

On 25 December I had an accident so I try to call no success. Then called on 26th again after trying to report it via their difficult app. I go through to them to report it finally, only to be told their claims department is close on weekends so I ask about the car hire they told me claims department also deal with it. Leaving me without wheels. OK come Monday I had 20min talk time left so I called could get through due to high volume off calls ended up buying R200 to call I got through ask them to cal me back they told me can only call back after 10 am waited no one called I then try whatsap (useless ) you still chatting to one person the next massage comes from someone els asking how can they assist then u explain again then the 1st consultant response (un organized ) called again taking airtime advance explain to them that I was turning left into a street then another vehicle was on the sidewalk on the left facing my oncoming traffic and suddenly took of direct into my direction I try to avoid head on collision by trying to brake and swirf manage not to hit the other vehicle but then i hit face. They told me that they do care about the person who caused the accident as I did not collide with it (I told them so what u actually saying to me is in future don't try to avoid it so he can be held responsible) se didn't reply on that. We continue then I was told they will pick up the car take it to cape Town 150km from me I asked them who is going to bring it back they said I should go get it there.i told them no way its an inconvenience to me as the client. I told them that the penal shops opens on the 11th January 2021 I'd rather wait till then to take it for assessment and repair. I enquired about the car hire I was sold by the sales consultant when I took out the policy. She informed me yes I can get it but should pay 2000 deposit (shocked as I was never informed of this, I need a vehicle to get along while mine is not driveble. She booked it and told me avis they use. Avis called to ask about delivery and informed me that extra charges Wil be added as its out of the 25km free delivery. And that I should bring it back to them after it ends. Nearest is cape Town 150km from me. Told them sorry I'm not willing called miway explaining to them I be ending up paying plus - 5000 for rental due to distance. Remember that when I was asked about car hire I was explained they will provide a car for me while my car is in repair and gave me the type of car and amount package I choose the small car manual option. No we're was I informed I should have to pay for deposit and take it back to cape Town and come back. She the ask me how much it Wil cost with public transport to cape Town to get the car there told her I'm not risking my life as a shooting occured few weeks at cape Town Station at the same place the taxi stop I would have to take. And the this whole thing is an inconvenience to me as the client. She said she Will take it up with management I ask turn around time for feedback she said tomorrow.... What a great idea insurance is this wow#dissatisfied and not impressed at all
