Bad service

Good day, i just had the worse experience with miway after being with the insurance company more than 5 years ,my car ,house,household content is insured with them, I just requested to have a look at my premium and my excess amount they only looked at my premium to bring it down no feedback on my excess fee, after telling them i want to cancel and take up other insurance that can give me a better amount on my excess fee ,they just told .me its a okay i can cancel without if trying to revise my policy .What a sad way to end a long time relationship.
