Bad service
After a quick response on-road assist, now very disappointed with how things going. My car is stuck on the center or whatever you call it still waiting for an inspection. No progress, neither feedback nor any communication to me. Left frustrated not getting clear updates when I call. Was planning to go home for Easter weekend now I'm stuck here. The bad thing is that I do not know what happens.
