Bad service

Miway insurance is the worst, I made an accident claim where both me and the person's whose cars was involved are using the the same insurer which is Miway. He processed a claim with the insurance and it was approved. On the other hand the company sent me so many documents to complete (e.g. they wanted my bank statements, proof of vehicle purchase, the Natis documents, the service history of vehicle, previous insurance history, the worse I had to sign documents that will give them authority to access information from my phone. I am not happy with the service I received. It feels like when ever you lodge a claim with them they always look for ways to reject our claims
