bad service

i made my claim om the 9th of Dec. i was assigned somebody by the name of Victor N****eni. i have never heard anything from this somebody. i called on the 10th and somebody said i need to provide some evidence and i did provide it.

Victor still has not contacted me. if this is how work from home works it is bad. i dont know how far is my claim after more than 5 days sice putting in the claim.
