Bad service
Can someone from miway call me, it's been two weeks since I had an accident and haven't had anything from them. My claim reference number is COIV46E/01

05 Nov 2021, 23:34C***. Nobody from miway has been in communication with us yet again. I called and Amogelang answered and she told us that bongani is the person assigned for our account, we haven't had anything from bongani, Amogelang is the one who even sent the assessor report which we totally disagree with it. Today we went to auto magic panel beaters to our surprise they sent miway quatation which they didn't reply instead miway opt for Pronto panel beaters to go to auto magic panel beaters and assess the car, well I will say this freely so I smell a rat. Pay auto magic panel beaters to fix our car. We will not accept the decision done by the assessor if you do not want to pay auto magic panel beaters give us the insured amount and we will decide who will fix our car. Stop making us sweat for our hard earned money. We have never skipped premiums nor claimed before. Miway service is soo bad even social media needs to know about such bad services. I expect Monday next week to get a call that u will go ahead and fix our car with auto magic as it is the panel beater that was instructed to keep our car when it was towed from the accident scene.
