Bad service at MiWay

Had a car accident early 2020 ( January) and had a claim with Miway.. my claim was successful and I was told to take my car to their panel beater.. I requested to take my car to a BMW certified panel beater and they agreed… to date I am still awaiting a confirmation letter to take my car to the new panel beater. Taken form pillar to post every time I make an enquiry :(
