Bad service and feedback

My vehicle was involved in an accident on 19 November 2021. at the scene the towing service Toys towing was given permission to tow my vehicle away. On the Monday after accident I contacted Toys and they informed me my vehicle was removed by A1 towing service to mi way yard. I was never consulted about this and after several calls to the assessor and Mi way I could still get no solid feedback from them.

Mi way arranged a rental vehicle from Avis in Potchefstroom and I received a Suzuki Swift that I returned to the agency due to mechanical noises. Up to this day we have not received our deposit back from agency. After the waiting period now going from 19 November 2021 - 19 Feb 2022 I still did not receive any valuable information from the insurer. Both myself and my husband retrenched I still have to pay my insurance premiums each month but still have no vehicle. On many occasions I informed Mi way that should my vehicle be repaired they must deliver my vehicle as I did not give consent for removal of my vehicle in the 1st place.

In mid Dec 2021 Mi way called me to ask if I would accept R50 000 for the repair of my vehicle and then repair it myself. I refused as the vehicle only has 13 000 km on the odometer. At inspection of my vehicle on the scene it appeared as if the crash bar in front might have also been damaged. There was no mention of this on the quote.

I am frustrated to limits where I cannot understand that I have to pay R6000,00 access but have no income.
