Bad service again!!!!!

I'm really starting to get tired of always writing here about MiWay due to their inconsistency, Tshepiso Thole was assisting me on Monday 30/12/2019 and I requested and Uber voucher and she told me that I can only have 1 which is worth R200 and I can only request the next one after 24hours only to find that the next day I was assisted by the best consultant who knows her job Nobantu Mpeta who explained and told me a totally different story which saved my life and being arrested, I hope and pray this is the last time I'm writing my review here cause it's really frustrating that the employees from the same company are not singing the same song about their products, but all in all I would really like to thank Nobantu Mpeta and hope one day all the employees are gonna be like her. But can someone please contact me about canceling my insurance with this company cause it's honestly draining to always have different stories from everyone.
