Bad service

My wife and l we were victims of the N4 tyre scandal, we hit something which was put diliberately on the highway. We called miway insurance same time of which the tow driver ddnt take long to arrive, upon arrival we were told they only take care of the car and us we have to find our way to wherever, they left us on the scene and towed the car away. Mind you this is a high crime area but the agent just ddnt care. Ran up and down trying to stop cars so l can get my wife to a safe spot before they **** her after an hour l managed to stop one car and they took us to a place of safety, in the morning l wrote a message on hello peter and the management ddnt respond or phone me, the question is are we safe with miway insurance?

Now part 2 The claim was logged and we got a courtesy car in the next morning, now its been 3weeks 2days and the last time miway phoned us they were updating us that they have received the quotation which is R28k. Since then we haven't heard anything their phones just ring noone answers. Truly speaking l regret leaving my previous insurance, if miway can give me the runarounds with just R28k wat if the car was a write off, they are the ones who called me and convinced me to join their team and now they showing me their true colours

Why is miway treating me like this?
