Bad service

On the 13 September 2021, I booked a car with Zuko. It was supposed to be delivered on the 15 September at 10:00. When the past, I called and spoke to Zanele, she saw my booking and told me she's checking with the branch. It's almost 2 hours she never called back. I called again and was made to hold for another 10 minutes. Nobody is calling back. This is appealing and disgusting. I have been paying for this car rental and now I can't get the car.
