Bad service

I had a terrible experience with Miway insurance and I decided to cancel that policy but they continued to debit my from my account. The lady I last spoke to told me that they won't debit my account until the matter is resolved, to my surprise I was debited that ridiculous amount we never agreed to. Reason for cancelation was that I sent my car for repairs instead it was polished and brought back to me not repaired, on top of that they increased my premium with almost R300 for "not being able to repair my car" I guess.
