Bad Service!!!!

Last week I logged a claim with Kgotatso from my MiiWay, where I was assured that the money was going to be paid out in the next few days as I opted to do the fixing myself. Few days have passed and I still have not gotten paid, I then called and spoke to Sivuyile who assured me that it was going to be paid out latest Friday. Friday came and it's gone still no payment and no communication from MiWay!! Had to call again now and I am told there was an error, but nobody has bothered to communicate all this me, why is it that I must run after MiWay for a service I pay for? MiWay no need to do better because I am taking my business elsewhere, because there's no point in being insured with you!!!
