Bad Service
I received a message that they have canceled my policy, not even the courtesy to call me before pulling the plug. There seem to be an error on their side as we have been paying our premiums but all that could have been sorted if we had received a call or any communication before canceling our policy. Efforts to speak to any consultant has been fruitless despite sending emails and call requests.
