Bad service

This morning my husband was in an accident and I lodged the claim via the app as requested. First it stopped working and then a half an hour later I received an email informing me my vehicle is unsalvageable and being written off. I phoned immediately and was informed the claims department is busy and someone will return my call. My vehicle was never assessed and neither was it at the salvage yard.
