bad Service

my vehicle was in a accident. Was taken to Zambezi ARC insurance didn't even let me know where my vehicle was and to make matters worse ive been waiting for my vehicle for 4 months now and no one can give me an answer for when I can get my vehicle back. My premium went up but still no vehicle really bad service
