BAD SERVICE

I refer to my previous complaint - Miway was quick to reply to the complaint on this site and state that my claim was authorized - please be aware of this **** - I received an email today stating that the claim was in fact repudiated - Miway gives false information on this site - they say they cannot approve the claim as my appliance broke because of wear and tear according to their service provider, but the service provider that initially checked the washing machine said that a piece of clothing was accidentally drop between the casing and the drum which caused the machine to break down - these people (Bergens) actually opened the machine to investigate whereas Miway's service provider just came had a look and made a call of wear and tear -
