Bad service

Since my car was booked in for repairs with Nuwagon Panel Beaters on the 09/ 01/2023 Miway has never given me updates/ feedback on the progress. The panelbeaters have on a daily basis send SMSes saying they are waiting for parts. Even this morning, they are still waiting for parts. I had a rented car for 20 days, and that period is reasonable enough for a car to be fixed. Now it's 8 days, without transport, and Miway Insurance doesn't give a damn. How do they choose their service providers. My car was dumped at Nuwagon panelbeaters. This is pathetic and disgusting. This is how Miway treat clients that give them business.
