Bad service

I am not happy about road side assistance. I was told I have 3 roadside assistance in a year. I called them on a Sunday after hitting the pothole and the car I am driving doesn't come out with a spare wheel. I had to be towed home as the tyre dealership where closed, on Monday I requested them to assist me to take the car to the dealer on to be told I have to pay cash as they cannot assist me twice on a single incident even after I advised them that they can deduct the second call out. I am very dissapointed cause if I don't use all the roadside assistance they won't carry them over to the following year. I decided to cancel the policy. It was my 1st time using the insurance services
