Bad service!!

I lodged a third party claim with mi way in November, everytime when i call the person that's been allocated the case she does not answer(Julia ntike) when i sent email thats when she respond, bear in mind my car has been stuck since November to date and its a business car, i pay almost 10000 of the installment with my car not generating any income, not sure if mi way is waiting for the car to wear off before they can come to inspect it since they asked for the location in November and all the heavy rains passed while the car is parked on top of it they have already paid their client days after the incident, i have to suffer because i am the third party, no one is saying anything and pay for the parking monthly an additional costs that i did not prepare for,i am really ****ed with the kind of service i am getting from miway. Even if i had to look for an insurance, whether i will be paying half the installment. I WILL NOT CHOOSE MIWAY..
